Welcome to the Parent Staff and Friends Association web pages. As parents of students attending the school you are automatically members of the PSFA. We have one object – to enhance the education of the students. We do this by:
During each year we run a number of functions/events in order to raise funds for various projects. Last year approximately £11,000 was divided between the various departments to provide additional resources to aid teaching and learning and improve the students’ environment.
How does this all happen you may ask? Most of us on the PSFA Committee are in full or part-time employment, so the organisation of events is split among us with the support of many additional parents and staff helpers. We meet as a full committee about every six weeks and support each other at the events, subject to availability.
Each year the PSFA always requires additional volunteers to replace parents whose sons/daughters are leaving the school or, are not currently able to offer support due to other commitments.
If you would like to join us on the Committee or you are able to spare a couple of hours occasionally to help at an event, please email the PSFA secretaries and advise what support you are able to offer.
